Removes the vampire health regen debuff when Survival Mode is enabled.

I made a simple mod because I was annoyed that the health regen debuff from being a vampire stacks with the one in the Survival Mode creation, so I fixed it.
This mod simply disables only the health regen part of "Weakness to Sunlight" that vampire players get, and leaves everything else untouched. It only does this if Survival Mode is enabled in your game settings.

The change lets things like the Lady Stone work again for recovering your health passively as a vampire.
Note:
You may experience brief moments where health regen will be a bit weird (too fast/none), when switching Survival Mode off/on. Conditions don't check often enough for me to avoid this. Just give it a second or two and it will work.
