Adds a trapdoor to Proudspire Manor that leads to an undergound smithing area and a treasury.

This is a new version of my first mod, Proudspire Manor Smithing for Oldrim.
OVERVIEW
This mod adds a trapdoor in the lowest floor of proudspire manor that leads to a new area, with a treasury, and smithing stations. This includes an anvil, a tanning rack, a smelter, a grindstone and a workbench. It also adds some safes in the treasury and is generally an uselful addition to Proudspire Manor. You do not need to buy an upgrade to obtain the smithing area, although that is something i might do at some point if someone wishes so.
REQUIREMENTS
Suprise, suprise: nothing.
INCOMPATIBILTY
Most likely won't work with anything that alters Proudspire Manor.
