About this mod
Port of my Bards College Tweaks in Vanilla Style only. For those who want a decorated college with new rooms in a small plugin with no added meshes, textures, or scripts.

I wasn't planning to port/post a Bards College mod on SSE....but this little mod is special.
This mod is a small plugin only.
No added meshes, textures, or scripts. No quests or NPC changes.
This mod is for players:
1. Wanting a simple plugin for platform crossover.
2. Purists wanting a more vanilla experience.
3. People who already have Bard mods and don't want to switch to Bards Reborn mid-playthrough.
4. People not interested in Bards or large college overhauls, but would like a nicer college visit.
5. People on potato computers needing their juice for other features.
Features in this mod:
- New rooms: 2 new player rooms and 1 new craft room.
Player room on the main floor has a single bed and storage.
Player room in the new tower has a double bed and storage (key in strongbox in player room main floor, or pick the novice lock).
Craft room has alchemy and enchanting stations and storage.
- Finer dining experience: No stuttering, falling over plates and wooden bowls.
No more food stealing from tables.
More food and some Hearthfire foods and items.
Added a cooking pot (there was none before).
- More idles for NPCs: NPCs interact with their environment more.
For example, the cook now sweeps the kitchen and stirs his cooking pot.
Most of the teachers, while relaxing in their rooms, will practice their favorite instruments or activities.
Again, this was done without changing the NPCs themselves.
I built this mod using safe practices:
-Original stock items safely hidden, not deleted.
-Navmesh safely expanded, no deleted parts.
-New lighting in the new rooms only, no overloaded lighting.
-Occlusion used to keep performance optimal.
-Decorated lightly to keep performance optimal.
-Nothing was drastically moved around, so will be compatible with other mods.
Q. Is this a direct port of the Vanilla Style version on Legendary Edition?
This mod was brought over and enhanced in the Creation Kit. Proper Format 44 for SSE. If you ported the Vanilla Style yourself, you can replace yours with this upgraded version.
Q. This mod looks similar to Bards Reborn Student of Song?
Yes, the LE version is the foundation LumenMystic used in their expanded college overhaul. I also contributed recently to Bards Reborn. Go check Bards Reborn if you haven't already, we are both happy with that mod!
Q. Compatibile with ...?
Lighting mods are all compatible. However, there are kitchen tableware changes (and a desk change), so load Bards Tweaks below/after lighting mods.
Snazzy's full Furniture and Clutter:
I don't know if anyone using the full SFCO option will be using Vanilla Style Bards Tweaks? I can create a patch if requested. However, if you are already adding that much clutter, might as well check out Bards Reborn or Bards College Tweaks MoreArt!
