I nerfed Stability down to 25%. I originally designed the 50% passive when I thought this might be the only version of this effect in Simonrim, but I'll be adding it to a few more places. Also, this is only a level 40 perk, and it works on Stamina and Magicka both.

Hand to Hand has experienced some pretty significant “addon bloat,” especially for a mod that is fundamentally an addon to Adamant. The reason for this addon bloat is that I didn’t add enough requirements to Hand to Hand to do everything that this mod allows me to do, which means that every time I needed a new requirement, I relegated it to an addon.
To address this, Hand to Hand 1.4 now requires the following mods: Adamant (and, by extension, Mysticism); SKSE64; Address Library for SKSE Plugins; Scrambled Bugs; SPID; and KID (and, by extension, powerofthree’s tweaks), which is a requirement for SPID and KID. This may seem like a lot of requirement; however, you probably have all of these mods downloaded anyway, in a modern load order–and honestly, if you don’t, well, you should.
Because Hand to Hand requires Adamant (and, by extension, Mysticism), in the future I will be using Hand to Hand’s extra requirements to “sneak in” some improvements to Adamant that I would like to make, but would require SKSE, Scrambled Bugs, SPID, or KID.
All of the features of the Hand to Hand - Armor Addon are now included in Hand to Hand by default.
All relevant Heavy Armor perks now require you to be wearing a Heavy Armor chest piece to function. They do not care about boots, gloves, or helmets.
All relevant Light Armor perks now require you to be wearing a Light Armor chest piece to function. They do not care about boots, gloves, or helmets.
All relevant Alteration perks now require you to not be wearing either a Heavy Armor chest piece or a Light chest piece. They do not care about boots, gloves, or helmets. They work when you are naked or “shirtless.” They continue not to work when you are a Vampire Lord.
Scout and Juggernaut now affect shields.
All of this is handled by KID, which means it will be instantly compatible with every mod that is correctly made.
The Light Armor perk Adrenaline now reduces the Stamina cost of sprinting by 50%, in addition to increasing your Movement Speed while sprinting.
The second rank of the block perk Deadly Bash has been replaced with Blocking Expertise, which reduces the Stamina cost of blocking by 50%.
The Block perk Disorienting Bash has been replaced with Bashing Expertise, which reduces the Stamina cost of bashing and power bashing by 50%.
The Stability perk in Alteration now reduces incoming damage to your Magicka and Stamina by 50% while you are under the effect of an armor spell. This perk works on Frost and Shock spells.
A new perk in Alteration, Spell Strike, grants 20/40 elemental damage (3/6 damage per second for 10 seconds for Poison) when you have a “shell” spell equipped. The damage type is determined by the spell.
Locks of Novice and Apprentice are now somewhat more difficult.
Locks of Adept level and above are considerably more difficult.
Extra lockpicking scaling has been added to Security, for Adept+ locks.
Extra lockpicking scaling has been added to the Collector perks, for Expert+ locks.
The XP of successfully picking locks has been increased.
I welcome any useful feedback on balancing the difficulty of different locks, so consider this a rough draft for this feature.

Dies hier ist die deutsche Übersetzung der Mod "Hand to Hand - An Adamant Addon" von SimonMagus616, Colinswrath und Jelidity.
Die Originalmod, sowie Adamant, SKSE und Address Library for SKSE Plugins werden benötigt.
Weitere Infos und eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Veränderungen findet ihr auf der Seite der Originalmod. Zusammengefasst wird das Fertigkeitensystem um die aus Morrowind und Oblivion bekannte Fertigkeit "Nahkampf" (waffenloser Kampf) erweitert. Hierfür wurden die Fertigkeitenbäume "Schlösserknacken" und "Taschendiebstahl" zu dem ebenfalls aus vorigen TES-Teilen bekannten Fertigkeitenbaum "Sicherheit" zusammengefasst.
Falls ihr Übersetzungsfehler findet oder Verbesserungsvorschläge habt, sagt gerne Bescheid.
Es gibt ein optionales Modul, welches zwei der Fertigkeitentrainer in Nahkampf-Trainer umwandelt, sowie Lehrbücher anpasst, um die Veränderungen der Mod besser im Spiel zu repräsentieren. Ebenso wurden drei Bücher aus Morrowind und Oblivion hinzugefügt, die nun Nahkampf-Lehrbücher sind.
