Move some recipes that shouldn't be there to when they should be.

Some recipes, such as shell bug helmets, appear at times when they shouldn't exist.
This mod adjusts when those Recipe will appear.
There were many moddings that added such changes, but it wasn't easy to use because it could contain many other changes, so it's the mod that we've made independent.
Please let me know if you have any equipment that you feel the timing or conditions of appearance are strange.
It will be supported as long as it is equipped with vanilla.
