In my game i use the mods, Frostfall, Wet and Cold, and R.A.S.S together. I've been searching long to get for me atleast the perfect textures combination and the best MCM settings for these mods to get the visuals like this.
These textures is just a collection from different authors to use for R.A.S.S. to download as all in one. I did not alter any texture. Some are just renamed to match the names of R.A.S.S. textures.
This is just the prefered combo that i use and it is that i'm very happy about and just wanted to share this combo with you.
I have received all perms to publish this from original authors or are from open resources.
This is not a tutorial!!! Again, it is just my prefered combo of textures.
Textures used from the following mods. And ofcourse all credits go the the authors from these mods.
lKocMoHaBTl for R.A.S.S.
xiaochangjue for Wet and Cold Breath Texture for ENB
Hoax2 for Get Snowy
veslye for Refined Water Droplet Replacer for Wet and Cold or R.A.S.S.
And some extra textures provided by the ENB presets specialist himself, Rudy102
INSTALLATION
Make sure you have an ENB preset installed for the best shader effects.
Place this mod right after R.A.S.S. itself and activate it. That's it. Nothing more.
Now for the MCM settings for Frostfall, Wet and Cold and R.A.S.S. the way i have it.
Frostfall (Player Frost Shader is optional to your preference)

Bonus tip when using Footprints!!!
I use Footprints like so many others and i find these meshes well, out of place for some reason. What i mean is the snowy "puffs" when foot touching the snow.
The solution is quite simple. Just install Footprints Bright Snow Fix from TemplarSwift and you're good to go.
