Adds a small, lightly-manned outpost and guard house near the Western border of The Rift to the South of Ivarstead. Along the road that passes between the Jerral Mountains and The Throat of the World. Four guards with AI Packages for patrol, sleep, eat and time off. Guard allegiance will match Riften's CW allegiance.

Adds a small, lightly-manned outpost and guard house near The Rift's Western border.
- Four guards, with AI Packages that cover patrolling, guarding, sleeping, eating and time off. - Guard CW allegience will be the same as Riften's. If Riften's allegiance changes, so will the guards'. - The location, Jerall-Throat Pass Outpost, can be fast traveled to once discovered. - Guard outfits will mostly be regular Rift outfits, except their bracers and boots are from leveled lists and will improve some as the PC levels. - Guard weapons will improve somewhat as the PC levels. - Neither of the two above are vanilla guard behavior, however since this location is not involved in Dragon Attacks or scripted events it should not present a balance issue.
Installation: Manually, or with a mod manager. Whichever you prefer.
Known Conflicts: None. If another mod edits the NavMesh in wilderness cell 18, -21 it will probably conflict. This mod edits nothing at all outside of the single cell it occupies.
Merging Plugins: If you like to merge plugins, this is a good candidate. It utilizes only vanilla assets and doesn't require a .BSA
