I am so confused.... Vortex says the VR version is incompatible during during query, but everything works perfectly fine. If I follow the instructions given, then the game starts crackling a little and something is always incompatible. Is there a 100% clear tutorial on this? I can't find one to save my life.

Did you end up figuring this stupid error out or what? Even the mod author is clueless about it i reckon. Hasnt bothered to reply to any one of these error posts i see on his modpages
in case anyone got this the same way i did, i fixed it by removing the custom executable name i set in skse.ini and then renaming it back to SkyrimVR.exe.
Yea, had real hunt yesterday aswell (last mod 2 untick xD - fresh build with lotta new stuff). Solution for now - install 1.6 SE version and 1.6.0.1 VR.
Nah that method gives me the same stupid error along with any other version. All these versions pumped out for just one version of skyrim vr. How could this not screw thing up.
Just a friendly tip: I was trying to use the latest version of this and my game always crashed on start. Then i tried to use 1.6.0.1 version and it worked like a charm :) Maybe it will help someone.
And what version of power of threes tweaks did you install before overwriting the dlls with 16.0,1 po3 vr? All these freakin versions made for just one version of skyrim VR. Pretty dumb making all these versions thinkin that it wouldnt screw anything up
What specific version of PO3 Tweaks do you need to download for the newest VR version? Rippin my hair out trying to get any of PO3s plugins to stop crashing my VR game WITH AN ERROR on startup due to so many freakin versions of it!! 😆 AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGHH!! had to let that out, not much hair left.
