Adds a sound effect to the otherwise silent stone shutter puzzles in Shalidor's Maze within Labyrinthian.

The stone shutters in Shalidor's Maze within Labyrinthian are silent. This felt a little odd to me, so I added sound effects when they open/close.
This recycles some base game sounds, but required a plugin to define new Sound Descriptors, and a mesh edit to add the events to trigger the sounds.
Enjoy the smooth sounds of stone.
Plugin is ESL-flagged ESP, so it will not take a load order slot.
This will conflict with any mod that also replaces norlabyrinthianmazepanel01.nif
