This is an Appmanifest file for steam to prevent your original Skyrim SE from ever updating and breaking your mods with the new AE updates!

Simply replace your Steams Appmanifest file for Skyrim SE with mine and it will prevent Skyrim SE from ever updating! By a happy mistake, my file broke some time ago, and as such Steam thinks the game isn't installed! This will allow you to use MO2 with no issues using the game! I have not tested it using Vortex, but don't foresee any issues! With that said grab it and try it! I would love feedback if this ends up working or not for other people as well. The only drawback i've seen is that Wabbajack won't download its Skyrim SE Mod packs with a broken manifest, so keep a copy of your original Appmanifest file.
the typical location for the file is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps
unzip the file using WinRAR or whatever app you prefer
simply drag and drop to replace
then restart steam or your PC
(Don't forget to backup the original!)
