Adds a small manned outpost to the Pale near Loreius Farm, and upgrades Whiterun's Whitewatch Tower to include a barracks. Guards have schedules, AI packages and work in shifts.

Changelogs
During less stressful times, such outposts would help ensure goods travel between the port at Dawnstar and the trade centers of Whiterun.  With Civil War looming on the horizon, keeping a close eye on your neighboring rivals becomes even more important.

 - Expands Whitewatch Tower, to include a barracks.  But overall it's still a crumbling wreck.
 - Adds a small outpost to The Pale, near Loreius Farm
 - Guards at both locations will be the same CW faction as their main hold
 - Guards work in shifts, with AI packages giving them time to sleep, eat and time off*

Show

While the quest 'Delayed Burial' is in progress, one of the guards at The Pale's outpost will not eat or sleep, but patrols the road 24/7.  This is because he is under control of the quest for its duration.

 - The guards in each location will get higher-tier weapons and minor armor (gauntlets and boots) upgrades as the PC levels.
 - Each outpost has a total of five guards.  Neither location is involved in major events, so this should not present a balance issue.   However, it is a significant increase in guard presence and strength compared to vanilla.  If this bothers you, you may wish to pass.

USSEP:
The NavMesh edits were done with USSEP installed.   USSEP is not a required master, but without it you can expect some NPC pathfinding difficulties.

Installation:
Manually or with a mod manager, whichever you prefer.

Conflicts:
Any mod that edits the NavMesh in either cell 9, 6 (LoreiusFarmExterior04) or cell 7, 3 (WhitewatchTowerExterior01) is likely to conflict.

If use use Settlements Expanded there is a compatible version available.

Merging Plugins:
If you need to or like to merge plugins, this would be a good candidate.   It contains no scripts, no FaceGeom, and uses only vanilla assets.
