New craftable automatic crossbows, along with a new automatic crossbow framework.

WHAT THIS IS
A new set of player-only crossbows (using justice123's AK model) and a new framework, powered by Skyrim Platform:
- Automatic: 30 continuous shots.
- Semi-auto: 15 shots before reloading.
- Burst: 10 bursts of 3 shots before reloading.
You can craft them with the Steel Smithing perk.
There's also a craftable bolt.
