The patch only requires the original textures, the "Data\Textures\1Daedric" folder.
The original meshes folder isn't required, only if you want the vanilla Daedric armor replaced too.
Immersive Armors replacer, SIC replacer and a Standalone version (armor and blades)here.
Optional Open face version added. 2K and 4K textures included. Female armor and helmet based in my "feminine" version. There is no savegame problem in changing versions. Known problems: It won't work for beast races. Long beards will clip though the helmet (a classical engine bug, nothing can be done).
I just checked it out and the mod is working fine, as it doesn't edits the armor stats, only its appearance. The cuirass base armor rating is 54, which improves based on your character perks, etc. And that's the default value given by LOTD.
Hi, I don't have LOTD but I have immersive armors and my character is currently wearing the Daedric Lord Armor, I think this one is much better and would like to use it to replace my Daedric Lord Armor, would that be ok? I'm just not sure how to do it. (would also love a replacer for the awful looking Saviors Hide I just got, was going to give it to Inigo but I want to find something to replace it with first) anyhoo, any help would be appreciated!
*EDIT - NEVERMIND I literally scrolled down a few posts and my answer was there, yay! Endorsed!
Oh, it's simple. Install only the original 4thUnknown mod's textures. Not the meshes, not the plugin. Then install my mod... activate "LegacyoftheDragonborn - Ancient Daedric Armor replacer.esp", and you are good to go.
@Mur4s4me An idea just occured to me, would it be possible to simply give the unchanged Helmet the same Textures as the Feminine version of the helmet? At least theoretically you could then have two distinct helmets that look similar enough?
I would recommend leaving the LotD Ancient armor as is, being the closer to Morrowind style being ancient and all, and then use Xtudo's other patch to replace the Immersive Armor's Daedric Lord armor (Assuming you're using Immersive Armors in your LotD modlist) in order to get the best of both worlds.
I've heard IA can be a bit finnicky with those kinds of changes? Wouldn't it make more sense for a LOTD player to just disable the Daedric Lord armor from IA? It's not going on display anyways, which is part of the appeal. Displaying all the cool stuff you've found on your journey across Skyrim (And new lands depending on your modlist.)

I'm glad you liked.
PD: I wish I could give you more Kudos... so here it is "Kudos+1".
Edit: XTudo made a separate mod for that. Daedric Armor - My patches SE
