The textures would be missing with the cc requirements removed, I have a couple of them due to the sales that occurred 2-3 years ago but not all of them, so what this needs is a fomod to choose each accessory for the cc content you own. I did something different, first I looked at the requirements I was missing using wrye bash, and then I created a new plugin with the name of each required mod, and once AE bandolier was no longer red, I used sseedit to delete the missing master files from the file header. I'm gonna delete each item that's missing textures if they appear that way then I'll be set, the mod only has meshes tho not textures, which can probably be found in one of the retexture mods.
You need to buy the armors for credits if you don't have AE that's the only difference. They work in the SE just fine. To be fair all the armors, weapons and those couple of quests are worth those 20 dollars in my opinion. Buying them for credits one by one is a lot more expensive.
My friend, I think you can have all the AE for free : - Backup of the SE folder - Install the AE update - SKSE --> KO - Deleate/ Restoration of the backup folder with exception of the update from the creation club. - Coming back to the SE with the CC mods + SKSE + MO.
I don't care about money, I make a good wage, it's just the point I will not Give Bethesda a simple coin. Modders deserves much more than this society. I am manager myself but I will never apply such a pathetic philosophy for business. Whatever, simply my point of view and you might blame me for this. Have fun anyway.
I used the original Bandolier on SE for ages. Do you have an issue with it? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2417
It's very entitled and weird to come into a mod made for AE (since there are a lot of issues with AE) and demand it be made backwards compatible for SE when something like it (something amazing) already exists for SE and has existed for almost 6 years.
Thanks to sheepswirl for making this mod for AE. I've spent days troubleshooting old SE mods that have majorly borked my fully upgraded AE installation, so getting mods made specifically for AE is a godsend. <3

If I understand correctly, the perms are open for someone to port it over Xbox?
