Overview
The Ragged Rest is a Ratway-themed thief player home. It comes with all crafting necessities, a variety of displays listed below, and quick access to Riften, Skyrim, and the Ragged Flagon all at once. Be aware that to access this house, you must officially join the Thieves guild, but there is no additional gold or custom quest required. There are two sewer grates acting as shortcuts from the Ragged Rest to the interior of Riften and to the Skyrim Overworld, the latter of which can be fast travelled to once discovered, but is not on the map by default.

Access
After officially joining the thieves guild, the main door to the Ragged Rest is to the left of the Ragged Cistern door entrance. Once inside the Ragged Rest, there is a dresser on the upper floor with a gold statue of Dibella on top of it. Within this dresser there is the Ragged Rest key that unlocks the sewer grates.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with most mods, as the scripts are self contained and only apply to the specific displays within the house, but mods that alter the Ragged Flagon may inadvertently block the door. However, It is compatible out of the box with Jk's Skyrim and Jk's Ragged Flagon.
Some specific mods I'm not aware of could also block the sewer entrances, but I don't know of any.
There is a patch for the Opulent Thieves Guild mod now available and you will need it if you want the two mods to work together wellYou will need both of the files on the Opulent Thieves Guild page. If there are any other issues with the Opulent Thieves Guild mod let me know.

Mod Requirements
None, unless you use the Opulent Thieves Guild. I made a patch you will additionally need under Optional Files.

Mod Recommendations
While not necessary, I highly recommend ENB Lights as the house is a bit dark at times. I also recommend using Noble Skyrim for its textures.

Known Issues
The dragonpriest mask displays have a tendency to bug out. The vanilla masks appear unusually dark when you first put them on the display busts, but this issue is rare and I also consistently resolved it by just walking out the home and loading back in. They don't seem to have this issue after placing them the first time. The dragonborn masks seem to be unaffected by this bug. If anyone knows a solution please let me know.

Also, if some issue occurs and you cannot get back in, typing "coc riftenhideout" in the console will teleport you inside the house.
