The original Grindstones sparks mod is NOT required if you use the ones here. So it's like this:

The original Improved Sparks mod only has two files: the animated grindstone mesh (blacksmithsharpeningwheelanimating.nif) and the new spark texture (metalsparks.dds). The grindstone mesh was modified to use the new metalsparks textures, as well as increasing the amount of sparks if that option is chosen.
Elsopa's mod replaces that animated grindstone mesh, therefore the changes made to use the new metalsparks textures. Therefore, the patch I made applies the modification of Improved Sparks' grindstone mesh to Elsopa's grindstone mesh (blacksmithsharpeningwheelanimating.nif). Additionally, since the mod's open for permission, I included the new spark texture from that mod as well.
This means both files from Improved Sparks are replaced with the patch, and therefore isn't necessary. You do need one of the main files from Elsopa's mod to have all the textures of course!
How do I get it to use these textures, this is overwriting all the other mods in my list so it should be using these textures right? How do I force it to use this one since it is not doing that?
This is an issue with the hd with 10x improved sparks version with improved sparks - I changed to 4k version only and it’s completely fine now. Please check your files
