(non-CotN) modified barracks (interior) NavMesh so guards will be less likely to get "stuck" on the stairs
(non-CotN) is Falkreath has gone Stormcloak, and if GAR is installed, guard will wear armor from GAR instead of vanilla armor.
Note: upgrading to this version mid-game will likely result in naked guard until their cell resets.

Guards split into four shifts, instead of two. This simplifies everything else- less barracks modifications are needed, one fewer quest, simplified scripting and less work for the AI Package manager. This will also enable easier compatibility patches with mods that overhaul the town of Falkreath.
