I compressed all the facetints by resaving in BC7, downscaled a few 4k facetints to 2k, and generated mipmaps.
Most files went from 16mb to around 5mb, some went from 64mb to 5mb!

Included in FOMOD 3.0.3.
Allow to overwrite main file.

Untested by me, but hopefully works. Includes textures from the addons.
