I made the plugin of the mod Rise of the legend - Ysgramor EPSFE by compacting its formIDs and adding an ESL Flag.
So THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY SAVE THAT RELIES ON THE MOD'S PREVIOUS PLUGIN !!!
