This is a port of Cut Content - Sven Dragon Ballad Dialogue Option Restored , please don't forget to endorse on the LE modpage. I'm not the original author, I just ported this to SE, converted form43 to form44, compacted formids and flagged the ESP as ESL. I figured some people missed this great mod as it is only on oldrim.

Simply fixes the issue with Sven's Tiber Septim Dragon Ballad dialogue option, it shows up now!
As far as I know, no mod has fixed this issue yet. (Including Cutting Room
Floor & The Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch)
