I'm surprised you never fixed the bug that keeps The East Empire company from spawning at these locations when choosing The East Empire company banner. But I'm even more surprised that no one else before me didn't want to report this bug.
Hi I don't know if you will work on this mod again. In case I have one suggestion. Can you add the Skaal faction and gave us the option to reclaim various hunter camps around the island. The hunters don't have camp right now.

This is more of a personal idea for a character I have planned, but would there be any way for me to make Refugee's Rest and the nearby Bandit encampment in Mainland Skyrim claimable by House Redoran? I'm not very code-savvy but I can follow clear instructions.
