I'm having an issue where a lot of the time when I give harold some items and then grab them later the game treats those items as stolen. not sure what's causing it because it doesn't seem to be very consistent. If anyone knows the issue I'd be super grateful to hear it. running to thieves guild constantly is really annoying and 'setownership' is not only immersion breaking but feels like cheating and just as, if not more annoying. I'd add full mod list but it's 75 esp's it's a bit long.
idk why but I suddenly can't trade with him anymore. I ask to trade, and nothing happens. If I exit the dialogue and talk to him again the dialogue menu doesn't load and I can't exit the conversation either, so I need to exit the game. Please help?
I've also been having this issue. if you drop ur things on the ground and then pick them back up it seems to solve the issue sometimes. If ur having stuck dialogue coc to whiterun to leave dialogue then reload previous save
Hello! I recently stumbled over this hidden gem and was wondering if you'd give permission for a Xbox port of Harold? Credits will obviously be given accordingly in the description, together with a link back to this nexus mod page. Xbox players would love to have this wonderful mod! Hope to heard back from you.Cheers, Andy
FIX FOR COWARDLY VERSION NOT WORKING (IF YOU HAVE AFT)
I couldn't get the Cowardly version to work for some reason, and when I went into the AFT settings, everything looked alright, however I messed around with it and found changing these two things seemed to work:
Tweak Options > Combat: Select "General" This was set to "None" for me, which I think is standard for animal followers, but I'm guessing it overrode something in the Cowardly patch.
Tweak Options > Settings > All Followers: "Followers Never Run From Combat" Uncheck this. Again, I think it was overriding something in the Cowardly patch.
This worked for me, and now Harold runs away like the cowardly yet loyal champion he is. This may not fix it for everyone depending on your mods, but hey, worth a shot!
