I think there is a slight issue with this settings loader (the only one of many I am using) as the top left two options on the main menu page are described as settings levels which are on the next page and this seems to prevent any souls from being shrunk or relocated - see image of menu here:
I am playing on VR so it is the best I could get whilst balancing the headset to top of my head and trying to get the menu in the middle of the screen :)

UPDATE: The descriptions are still wrong on the new version - I am not sure whether this is because you didn't update the description or that the new version isn't working still - I am unable to test whether the souls are now able to be shrunk or re-located as I deleted my only current save (as it was still broken after I removed this mod and cleaned it with re-saver) so it will be a while until I find some soul gems and see if the souls can be shrunk or displaced. Unless there is a way to test it with a console command?
I am assuming somehow the MCM interface code confused some of the settings?
I can confirm descriptions are now as they are supposed to be - as I said may take a day or two for me to be able to test that the functionality of GIST works as expected as I have to work full time and only get to play for an hour or two every day :) But I will report back once I have tested that :) Thanks once again for an amazingly fast response time... :) Ah I see the identical names was the issue...
I didn't notice the error in the description when I installed it and set it up, but I went hunting some mammoths to fill up some Grand Soul Gems and shot a few other things on the way - but after shooting the mammoths I discovered that the lesser souls had not been relocated or shrunk etc - that is when I decided to have a look at the GIST settings and noticed the issue - all's well that ends well :)

The patch for the AE content unfortunately doesn't work with your mod.

OK, I found it, I made really stupid mistake, fix in 10 min.
