Added Full Body Stagger. This feature greatly increases combat difficulty. You have to be extra careful not to get hit by a power attack or a shield bash, otherwise you'll get stunned. When enabled, any incoming stagger will stun the player and interrupt all actions, just like staggering an NPC actor.

Fixed NPC functionality. Before this version, NPC functionality was buggy.
Fixed movement settings. More consistent and realistic settings.
Added attack telegraphing. No more rotating while attacking for player and NPCs. Now you can actually dodge attacks.

Fixed heal regen rate condition.
Fixed constant stamina drain when used with conflicting mods.
Stamina drain ONLY if out of combat. During combat only your gear tires you. Adrenaline negates other penalties.
Blocking stamina drain ONLY when blocking with a shield. It didn't make much sense holding a 1h-weapon with two hands being more difficult than wielding it with one.
