Waited 24 hours for the quest to progress, gives me the quest to go talk to Marcus in Helgen to attend Val's Funeral but he doesnt even leave the prison, he's just standing there next to Val's body along with Korst, etc. Can't talk to him, tried going back to saves all the way back before that thalmor kidnaps me, multiple times, tried teleporting Marcus out of the prison, nothing. Not sure what else to do.
Edit: just saw that the quest "A city on a hill" is simultaneously still active with "Bitter Wounds", it wants me to go talk to Valerius to give him the information he needs, can i get rid of it with commands?
