Viewer on my Twitch stream (where we make Skyrim mods) had the idea, so we made it. There may be an Oldrim mod which does the same!
Sweet Justice
Also comes with a spell named "Sweet Justice" which causes the same effect on any target actor.

Note: For me, I can't do more than like 150 sweetrolls without my Skyrim freezing up. If your system can handle it, set this to whatever you like.
