Patch for Dirt And Blood that makes Bathing require the player or NPC to be standing in water.
This will ONLY work if a Water Patch is present. I recommend Water Does Damage - Synthesis Patcher, because it will work with any load order. iNeed Universal Water Patch is also a reasonable option.
Note that you can still get around this restriction by activating soap items from your inventory. This is not something I can change without completely rewriting one of Dirt and Blood scripts, which I'm not going to do.
