The crazy thing is, you are likely the only mod author on the Nexus that has Sub-group of mods in my load order all made by you. I have a Sub-group called "Settings Loaders"
There are no visible changes, the only change is the addition of localization support for MCM (changes under the hood). You can use the current loader without any problems.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Settings can be unique, and it is not possible for them all to be general. For example, the last option in this mod requires executing additional functions.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to every question, and there is no one-size-fits-all method for save every setting.
Moreover, I have to analyze the entire MCM menu to understand what each option does when it changes. It is not just a single variable change.
Sometimes I need to analyze entire script system and change it. AllGUD is such example.
A mod called YeOlde tried saving everything in the MCM once upon a time and had very mixed results - note the number of bug reports. =) It's been just over 3 years since it was updated and I would definitely still call it an alpha version - I personally had more than a few problems with menus going permanently missing after using it and was quite happy to remove it from my mod list. We're much better off with these custom-tailored mods that MaskedRPGFan is putting out now.

I made a post in your mods request thread but I'm thinking now that was not the right place for it, apologies.
