About this mod
(Higher res now an option and a darker one as well and now a vanilike option that is 4k!) I never liked the bear trap texture in Skyrim and from what I can tell there is only one mod that touches them and it doesn't make them rusty.
So here it is my first mod ever, Rusty Bear Traps!

A simple retexture of the bears traps placed around Skyrim. It changes the texture to a more rusty look to not only make them look better in my opinion but even bring a little immersion as most of the traps are placed around damp caves or tunnels. It also makes them more noticeable in light as a little bonus so you don't step on those pesky things! (Darker version available for the people who want it <3)
Also after some running around with it myself in game I have noticed that making the bear trap rusty makes it fall in line with some of the pressure plates you see in the world. Please leave an endorsement if you don't mind, it helps a lot!
