This mod disables passive health regeneration (Player only).

- Donations
didn't remove it from npcs since it might cause a lot of bugs in the game.
For example if you attack and get an essential npc to the knee they need the health regen to heal and get up else they will be stuck in that position forever,
It might also break some quests.
Now you will not be able automatically regenerate health
But you can use potions, items , food, spells or perks for restoration or regeneration effects.
Potions and enchantments that make health regenerate will still work, but the health regeneration will be way slower than vanilla.
Racial spell of fast healing (Argonian Perk Histskin) works.
And you can still regenerate health with
Waiting and Fast travelling doesn't restore health but sleeping does.
