About this mod
Clean, simple mod where you choose the bonus health per level for NPCs.
Also works well with my unlimited enemy scaling patch

Only one single value is modified,
"fNPCHealthLevelBonus"
By default, this value is set to 5 within the game, this means there is a bonus of 5 HP per level which all NPCs get.
So if the NPC is level 100, this would give them 500 additional HP. This is the default setting the game uses.
There are various other factors which determine NPC health, such as race, class, and even a few more which deal with scaling multipliers and level distribution and whatever else.
But this one single value of "fNPCHealthLevelBonus" is global which effects all NPCs equally
This mod also works fabulous with my Unlimited Enemy Scaling patch
There are 5 different files to choose from,
(+5) gives the NPCs 10 additional HP per level
(+10) gives the NPCs 15 additional HP per level
(+15) gives the NPCs 20 additional HP per level
(+20) gives the NPCs 25 additional HP per level
and "no health bonus per level" removes the default 5 HP which the game uses
You can install and uninstall this mod anytime during your game, you can also switch versions and experiment with the health numbers at will, as the game applies this value dynamically each time you enter a new cell or new area. If you load this mod during a save game where you are in an area with NPCs, it probably wont effect them until you leave and come back, or until they respawn
