In CCOR you can smelt silver weapons and silver clutter, however, the problem comes down to the fact that you need several of the same items to get the silver ingot.
For example, 3 silver swords yield 1 silver ingot, 2 silver greatswords also yields silver. But having only 1 of each yields nothing, yet there is still silver. The same happens with clutter, you need 15 silver goblets to get silver and 3 silver ewers to get silver as well, but having a mix of those yields nothing.
This mod adds a new item, the silver scrap, which uses the same texture as the silver ingot, but weighs and has a value of about 20 times less. When smelting individual clutter items and silver weapons you will get always some silver scrap,. The amount you get will vary depending on the item. You can then smelt 20 silver scrap to get 1 silver ingot.
