Magicka exchanger:
Sometimes you run out of magicka fast, potions are scarce and restoring magicka thru magicka sounds a little stupid, well not anymore. Here its a fair trade without breaking inmersion and balance of the game with this two spells:
*Magicka exchanger: you can have it thru any of the court mages at early stages of the game, takes 40 HP and restore 80 MP
*Magicka exchanger 2: its available at the winterhold school of magic once you reach level 50 of restoration thru Collete Mauricete (Restoration trainer), this is an improved version of the previous one, takes 80 SP and restore 100MP
To install drop the unzipped content on the data folder or use NMM or Vortex
