This is my basic variation of Jarl Laila Law-Giver (Riften). The basic variation only requires the KS Hairdos - HDT SMP (Physics) mod.
Note: there's no attempt to make her especially pretty. I got rid of her wrinkles. Having said that, if people want me to make her a "version 2" custom face, speak up.
