This mod removes the stuck black bird and the small vanilla tree it was in, just across the bridge outside of Riverwood, it also removes a 2nd clipping tree just up the road from the bridge, I don't use USSEP, but this bird is removed with that patch, however this mod removes 1 or 2 additional trees depending which version you download.
