I'm sure it vanilla bug or Dual sheath redux/econte dual sheath mod error - if u used these mods. You can search skyrim dual sheath bug/error, then u can see alot cases like u mention above =))
I dont use any dual sheath mod and i dont have any issues like that. Also, install some bug fix mod to prevent vanilla bug.
I don't have the same bug with other weapon mods, including yours (like dragon dao) - only with these swords. I think something is not okay with the meshes (also I see they are not optimized for SSE). Also, I don't use DSR.
