Trying something a little different. The tint has been raised very high and the result is a deeper color base.
What this mod does.
Changes all weather in game.
Changes colors, fog and ambience of all interiors.
Alters the water, colors and appearance.
Adds mountain fogs.
Re-worked rain and snow.
What this mod doesn't do.
Does not change the lighting, so you can use any lighting mod with it.
Don't use with other weather mods, they won't play well together.
