Simple mod which removes only the sounds you make when receiving damage, but keeps the sounds you make when attacking others.
Edited from this mod which removes all the player sounds altogether. I found that to be excessive, or immersion-breaking. Plus the attack sounds never really bothered me to begin with.
However, the sounds you make when getting hit do actually sound a bit stupid, especially when taking damage over time.
This mod is safe, with very minimal and clean edits. Should be compatible with anything. If another mod edits the sounds you make, just load this after it. However it probably wont remove any sounds added by other mods.
