Less Random Events (Wilderness Events)
If you've played Skyrim you have likely encountered your fair share of random events (aka Wilderness Events, or WE in the CK) such as Miaq the liar, Alikr looking for a fugitive, prisoner transports; or a couple headed for Victoria Vicci's wedding. And surely some undesirable folk--assassins, skooma dealers, or seemingly possessed travelers attempting to end your journey. In my experience, these events have lost their novelty and have become repetitive and annoying. After doing some digging, I was able to create a plugin (yes, ESL flagged) that reduces the probability of spawning such events.
In my tests; encountering a roadside event during a ride from Whiterun to Solitude was neither a rare nor an unlikely occurrence at 10%. As someone who usually doesn't use any fast travel at all, this allows us to play the game without being plagued by these random events--obscuring their trigger points since there's only a low to moderate probability of triggering them.

Select whichever probability feels right for your during FOMOD installation (10% is my recommendation) feel free to play around with whatever feels best for you--it's completely safe to uninstall or change your selection during a playthrough
