I was unaware that in Ordinator, the main light and heavy armor perks also added a small exp gain for worn armor (shoutout to my pure mages who don't use armor!) so I added that back in. THANK YOU Scathis1337 for pointing out that I never added it <3

I have removed the stray periods from the end of the descriptions, I have fixed the scaling cost reduction for the magic schools, and I removed the "In Combat" tag from Restoration. Thank you all for being patient with me while I get everything fixed up! I also fixed a scaling issue with Speech.
