   UPDATE 1.1:
   
   Finally managed to fix the navemesh so now your followers should be able to follow you into the house and Yrian will go in and out with his sleeping schedule.
   Also moved the house to the opposite side of the road since I kept having issues with the terrain.
   Hope all works fine! Let me know if you have issues :D

   He should be able to smith weapon and armor for you. Otherwise there's nothing special about him.

   How did you know I love redheads with scruffy beards??? Morthal really needed a blacksmith and I need redheads with scruffy beards.

   Blacksmith and follower do not enter the blacksmith's house.

      He should go to sleep at a certain hour, for the followers I still have to figure out ho to fix that.
