this is my first actual mod. I changed a small part of the meshes, added some texture and animation.

maybe it can be insignificant as it may seem, for almost 3 weeks now, for every step taken, another problem has arisen,
and getting it to work was quite stressful. but finally here is the satisfaction.

obviously inspired by FF7 game from SquareEnix, and other magical spheres of the type, I hope you like it.
i did a all-in-one Fomod to help with your preferences.

Appearance in-game may vary based on ENB / non-ENB settings. as you can see in my screenshots or video. 
it should be compatible on vr, not sure since unfortunately I don't have any.

i did a all-in-one Fomod, so you can install only Animated meshes version, or only Fx version(any you like), or even all of them.
Animated meshes come with 3 colors to choose as you want: red, green, blu.
Fx version with 6 colors and combinations of: red, green, blu, yellow, purple and blusky.
when installing, follow the on-screen instructions.

Installation:
  • NMM/Vortex or
  • Mod Organizer 2 (recommended)
  • or Manual extract to skyrim/data
(note: in textures folder of Animated Meshes there are 3 Materia folder, copy in textures\nick90m\ only one Materia1_d and one Materia2_d)

obtainable:
  • add recipe, need 1 leatherstrip, 1 ingotsilver, 2 ingotiron, 3 ingotsteel craft to a forge.
  • manually with the command console, opening it with the key to the left of the number 1 (top left of the keyboard) by typing:
help buster -> (find weapon ID)
player.additem "weapon ID" 1
ID should be, except for the first 2 numbers, like "## 000d63",
the number after it is the desired quantity, ( " ) this sign is not necessary


It can be upgraded with 3 Iron Ingot and 5 Steel Ingot at sharpening wheel
and needed perk arcane black smith.

NOTE:
  • required base mod .bsa file (not the .esp), or simply install as normal.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Buster Sword SE by  johnskyrim

  • you can still use his .esp and keep the buster sword of the base mod as it is without problems,
the .esp of Johnskyrim and mine do not conflict, so you can have them both.

    Animated Meshes version:
  • for some reasons there has remained a small inconvenience, when you leave the weapon.
    as in the screenshot on the bridge, the weapon falls in front of us as normal, but when on the ground, the weapon is left far away, where I don't know (in a test, later, turning off the collisions to look around, I found one beyond the walls of the house).I hope to fix this boring inconvenience, if maybe someone who can tell me how ...

    Materia Fx version:
  • in the choice of having 2 identical Materia, I slightly changed a few shades of the color in
    the layers of the second Materia, so as to make them unique in any case, instead of a "copy-paste"
  • in this version I managed somehow to make the collision work better when drop weapon, but it remains a little raised in the air from the ground, but at least now it is where it is left. fixed in v2.2.
