Patches Rogues and Raiders so that the reavers on Solstheim wear Netch Leather armor.

I had just downloaded the Netch Leather mod when I found Rogues and Raiders, so I made a quick patch to let them both play together. This patch uses the Netch Leather Armor mod created by TateTaylorUSA, so make sure you have that one before you download this patch.
Installation:
Just install with your mod manager of choice and load it after RnR and Netch Leather. The patch is already Eslified for your convenience.
Uninstallation:
Just delete it from your load order, maybe leave Solstheim first.
