Alpha fix for the glitch in Vicn's wonderful Hand-to-Hand skill mod that causes casting spells with both hands (not necessarily dual-casting, even single casting different spells with left/right hand could trigger it)

This mod is a fix for the glitch in Vicn's wonderful Hand-to-Hand skill mod that causes casting spells without a weapon or staff equipped to level up Hand-to-Hand.
The mod is based on the English translation by Aelarr and is considered to be in ALPHA STAGE! I cannot guarantee that the changes are safe long-term, but they have prevented extra skill level-ups when using spells in both hands, at least in my testing.
I cannot guarantee that this patch is safe to install mid-game - for best results I recommend starting a new game.
To install, simply overwrite the existing version with my modified .esp
