ACTION PACKED POWER PERK v 3.00
======================================================
So you installed a few combat mods, your enemies are now stronger, smarter, and comes with greater numbers. Unfortunately for the Dragonborn, you are slow, fragile, and run out of juice after 2 attacks. Now you hit the forge and grind out 1000 iron daggers. Boring right? Action Packed Power Perk aims to address this problem by giving you
-New Combat Perks
-More Magicka/Stamina regeneration
-Cut wasteful perks to make each one impactful
-Faster attack and movement speed
-Longer spell duration
-Crafting (Smith/Enchant/Alchemy) now scales with character level, so you won't have to make 1000x iron daggers.
*Note* While this is compatible with Vanilla, I am currently using Ultimate Combat + Increase Enemy Spawn 3x. This mod is balanced around Adept difficulty without using crafting or item mods.

General Changes
===========================
-Magicka and Stamina now regen at normal rate in combat (from 0.33 to 1).
-Magicka now scales more with skill level, so expert level spell would not be so expensive.
-Dual Casting changed to 250% for both damage and mana cost (Dual Cast should not be a penalty).
-Sprint Stamina drain reduced (from 7 to 5).
-Normal attack strike radius slightly increased (To help you hit things with camera mods that shakes your screen a lot).
-Sneak movement speed increased by 15%.
-Disarm skills no longer affect player and followers. Because the physics in this game isn't the greatest and weapon can be permanently lost.
-Bows now fire at full speed as soon as it finish nocking and lifted, so quick shot actually works.
===========================
Alteration
===========================
Armor spells don't seem too bad on paper, until you actually use it. They have high cost, low duration, can't use dragon priest masks, and real armor also comes with 3% hidden damage reduction. So outside of role playing, people just use armor on mages.
To address this, when you are struck with no armor, Mage Armor Perk automatically cast a 30 second version of Armor Spell if you don't have one active. This makes Mage Armor a lot less tedious, and levels up your Alteration when it auto cast. Mage armor 2/3 also increase the same amount as lv 1, up to 400 armor with Ebonyflesh (reducing 48% damage).
2 Unarmed perk made for those who want a warrior monk game play, or just want supplementary damage for a mage up close.
-Alteration Mastery (2/2) - Reduce all alteration spell cost 50%/70% (replacing Novice - Master)
-Mage Armor (1) - Automatically cast Stoneflesh when struck, and armor spells are 2x stronger while not wearing armor (excluding Helmet).
-Mage Armor (2) - Automatically cast Ironflesh when struck, and armor spells are 3x stronger while not wearing armor (excluding Helmet).
-Mage Armor (3) - Automatically cast Ebonyflest when struck, and armor spells are 4x stronger while not wearing armor (excluding Helmet).
-Magic Resistance (3/3) - +15/30/45% Resistance.
-Kinetic Shift (New) - Increase Movement Speed by 20%
