Techies VO for "PC head tracking and Voice type SE". Voice of Spleen from Dota 2.
If you are familiar with Dota 2 (or Dota AllStars) you probably know how annoying this hero can be to his enemies. So now you can try to roleplay as one of the trio - Spleen(the one who pushes a cart). And let them burn!
Installation:
1)Manual:
find a mod manager download an archive -> unpack into Data folder -> launch the game and in MCM of "PC head tracking and Voice type SE" click B.Y.O.->ajust volume and you're good to go.
2)Mod manager:
just install below "PC head tracking and Voice type SE"-> enable it(there is no esp or esl,just files that will be added to "PC head tracking and Voice type SE" folder)->start the game and click B.Y.O in MCM->ajust volume and you're good to go.

Is this compatible with LE?
>Probably. Try if you want, but backup Sound folder firstly.
I have mixed voicelines/i can hear both your VO and different VO that was installed previosly
>just uncheck "PC head tracking and Voice type SE" in load order and ALL VO you have , that uses "PC head tracking and Voice type SE" , and now check the "PC head tracking and Voice type SE" mod and your needed VO. If it doesn't help - reinstall the "PC head tracking and Voice type SE".
