About this mod

Increased Torch Radius to a more realistic distance when using ELFX Enahncer

Description:
Mod that adjusts all Torch radius when using ELFX, works best with ELFX enhancer. I like the dark effect of ELFX Enhancer but I just felt the torches to be a little bit meh. This was very noticeable in SkyrimVR when using ELFX enhancer. The screenshots do not do this mod justice. The effect might only be small, but it makes a nice difference in the dungeons in VR. The torches now feel like they light up the correct amount of the area. With this only slight increase I think I have struck a nice comprise on increased brightness without flicker. I'm sure there could be an area that might flicker if you're holding a torch while there are other torches around, I just haven't found one yet. ELFX causes flicker even without this mod.

I have adjusted the torch you hold to last a little longer, be a bit reddish and also increased the radius more than the wall torches. It seems very off when you have the same radius as the wall torches. This increase is just short of ELFX increase. I tried to get the correct feel for distance. The reddish hue is to simulate the torch glow a little better. No more bright yellow walls in VR. I've also adjusted the Mage light to increase roughly the same as the torch, just slightly bigger radius.
As this mod is mainly for VR I wont be posting an ESL.

What this mod does:

Adjust all torch records radius from 256 to 384
Adjust held torch record radius from 512 to 832 (ELFX is 900)
Adjust held torch to be slightly red
Adjust held torch duration time from 250 to 500
Adjust mage light radius from 450 to 600 (Kept this less than torch to encourage torch usage rather than spam mage light. So its only a get out of trouble spell)

Installation:
Install ELFX with enhancer selected
Download with your Favorite Mod Manager and make sure it's below EnhancedLightsandFX.esp

Note:
I've been informed that this could cause flickering in some areas. I visited quite a lot of areas with torches throughout Skyrim and not noticed any flicker caused by this mod thus far.I have seen a lot caused by ELFX without my mod to start with..

If you see any let me know and I'll have a look. Try disabling this mod first, as you might notice the flickering is still there caused by ELFX itself in the first place.

This mod wont harm anything, and you can simply delete if you find flicker annoying you. There are no scripts, just a simple torch edit
