Changes Rogue, the horse added by Blackthorn, to be compatible with Immersive Horses.

I've been using Immersive Horses for a while now, and I noticed that Rogue, the horse you can purchase in Blackthorn, would appear as a "temporary steed" instead of permanent. This annoyed me because I paid for that horse! This patch simply edits Rogue to be compatible with Immersive Horses and allow you to permanently own your horse.
Installation: Use NMM?
Uninstall: I'm not sure, I haven't tested this. I'd suggest taking all things out of Rogue's inventory and being not mounted before uninstalling. The horse is the only thing I changed, so it shouldn't break anything.
Safe for mid-game install: I think so? Probably just don't be on the horse.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with most things. Almost certainly won't be compatible with Convenient Horses
