Each guardian stone grants its bonus to seven skills, five "core" skills for the class that the stone represents, and two "shared" skills which overlap with the other two guardian stones.
Archery is now shared by the Warrior and Thief stones
Alchemy is now shared by the Thief and Mage stones
Enchanting is now shared by the Mage and Warrior stones
This arrangement is implied by the way the perk screen is structured, and it just seems right.
