WHAT THIS MOD DOES
Adds a full set of ectoplasmic weapons and two shields. Weapon appearance is based on the appearance the Ancient Nord set for items that have Ancient Nord counterparts, otherwise Iron or Steel was chosen. All stats, value, etc. are based on the items' iron/steel counterparts except their weight is halved. All items can be crafted at any forge in the Miscellaneous section using the standard recipe for their iron counterparts + 1 ectoplasm. Weapons and shields can also be tempered at a grindstone for 1 ectoplasm each.
WHY THIS MOD EXISTS
Let's be real, the ghost-type weapons are freaking awesome to look at but in-game they're pretty useless as far as stats are concerned. So along comes me to add an option to get these weapons early on, customize them with your own enchantments, temper them, and really use them for role-playing purposes or just because you like the look. They're still moderately weak compared to other stuff in the game, so they don't require any perks to craft which makes them a very fun and unique set of options in the early game that can be enhanced later on to still be useful in the mid-to-late game depending on how powerful you want to be vs. how cool you want to look. Also gives you the option to get a crossbow without joining the Dawnguard.
